The Coaching Program, Free Spirit’s unique ‘choose-your-own-adventure’ style monthly membership. With your membership, you get access to group classes, workshops, and arena access passes usage to hone those skills. The Program uses a credit system to give you the flexibility you need.
Want to be here three times a week? Done.
Thursdays work great one week but not the next? Perfect.
Have daytime availability sometimes? Great.
The Coaching Program meets your needs and allows you to grow your love for the sport in a way that easily fits your life.
The small print:
Pricing based on current Elite Plus membership rates (the cheapest current per-credit rate)
Credits can ONLY be used towards Coaching Program Classes, Workshops, and Arena Access Passes
You must remain a current Coaching Program member in order for your ‘top up credits’ to be valid and useable
Credits will be loaded into member’s account accordingly:
If this is a gift for someone, we will keep it a secret for the holidays and upload credits to account on January 6, 2026
If this is NOT a gift, credits will be uploaded to account by December 6, 2025
Credits purchased through this Black Friday sale will roll over month to month expiring on June 30, 2026.
Your current Coaching Program membership will continue to be charged to the card on file and any membership credits will roll over in accordance with the conditions outlined in the Coaching Program.
Credits are not refundable or transferable.
